The SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch belongs to CB level ATSE, while the SSKBOSP dual power automatic transfer switch belongs to PC communication ATSE. All functions of the SSKBO series control and protection switches are coordinated internally, reducing installation positions and simplifying wiring. Due to the use of motorless conversion in SSKBOS dual power supply, the conversion speed between common power supply and backup power supply is fast, with a minimum conversion action time of only 500 milliseconds. The integrated digital SSKBOS dual power supply is a three position type, with 0 indicating that both the common and backup power supplies are in the off position, making it convenient for lower level circuit maintenance. The working current can be adjusted according to the load or user needs, with easy operation, flexible installation angles, and a wide range of applications

Function and purpose
A. SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch is mainly used in two power supply systems (grid to grid, grid to self provided power supply) with AC rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz, rated voltage up to 415V, and rated current up to 125A. When one power supply is found to be under voltage, over voltage, phase failure, or under voltage, it automatically or manually switches between the power supplies to ensure its reliability and safety. The switching device is suitable for emergency power supply and stops supplying power to the load during power switching. According to user needs, various protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, phase failure, short circuit, undercurrent, etc. can be selected to form a CB level PC level dual power automatic transfer switch electrical device, realizing automatic or manual control and protection of dual power supply. CB grade products are capable of connecting, carrying, and breaking currents under normal conditions, including specified overload conditions, and can connect, carry for a certain period of time, and break currents under specified extraordinary conditions (such as short-circuit currents)

SSKBO Dual Power Product Function Explanation
1. Self switching and self recovery: When the common power supply is normal, the DV3 digital controller sends instructions, the common power supply control and protection switch is closed, the backup power supply control and protection switch is disconnected, and the SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch is in the (1,0) state; When the common power supply is abnormal, the DV3 digital controller sends instructions, the common power control and protection switch is disconnected, the automatic power control and protection switch is closed, and the SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch is in the (0,1) state; When the common power supply returns to normal, the DV3 digital controller issues a command, the common power control and protection switch closes, the backup power control and protection switch opens, and the SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch is in the (1,0) state again
2. Self switching without self recovery: When the common power supply is normal, the DV3 digital controller sends instructions, the common power supply control and protection switch is closed, the backup power supply control and protection switch is disconnected, and the SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch is in the (1,0) state; When the common power supply is abnormal, the DV3 digital controller sends instructions, the common power supply control and protection switch is disconnected, the backup power supply control and protection switch is closed, and the SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch is in the (0,1) state; When the common power supply is restored to normal, the SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch is still in the (0,1) state. Only by restarting the SSKBOS digital control and protection switch or operating the reset button can the common power control and protection switch be closed, the backup power control and protection switch be disconnected, and the SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch be in the (1,0) state again
3. Feedback signal: a signal reflecting the working status of the SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch, usually taken out from the auxiliary contacts of the control and protection switch
Grid 1: The SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch power supply takes two power sources from the grid
Grid generator: The SSKBOS dual power automatic transfer switch power supply is taken from both the grid power supply and the generator power supply
